1.- General conditions. –

The guest making the reservation declares that he/she is of legal age and with full capacity to be able to contract and use means of payment. The guest also accepts all of the general contracting conditions.

The guest guarantees that all personal information provided during the booking of the accommodation and the registration process is correct.

The final price includes all mandatory fees and surcharges for the service of our flats, as well as the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable to the tourism sector in the countries of the European Community. The price does not include extra services not specified in the booking (e.g. parking, change of towels, cleaning, …).

The final amount of your booking may vary if you modify the number of nights and people. In case of adding people without prior notice and outside the free modification/cancellation period of your booking, a penalty of 50€ per person per night will be charged.

Once the booking has been made, you will be sent an email with your booking details, where you will be able to access the guest portal and make any checks.

The children’s discount applies to all children from 2 to 12 years old inclusive. Depending on availability, a cot, bathtub and/or high chair for children can be requested free of charge.

The different promotions and discounts offered are subject to specific conditions and cannot be accumulated with other promotions and are subject to availability.

2.- Terms of payment. –

Payment will be made in full or in part before arrival at the flats subject to the conditions of modification and / or cancellation for each rate or booking date, in our bank, through the “secure payment gateway” and thus comply with European legislation governing payment services (PSD2) to reduce fraud and make operations safer through enhanced authentication.

The establishment reserves the right, once the reservation has been confirmed, to pre-authorise the credit card provided.

The guest guarantees that all personal information provided during the accommodation booking and registration process is correct.

The guest accepts financial responsibility for all transactions made in his/her name or through his/her account.

3.- Conditions for modifications and cancellations. –

All requests for cancellations or modifications must be made in writing to the following email address: reservas@santamaria15.com

Reservations with a refundable rate made through our website can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival as a general rule, except for stays during Easter, long weekends and public holidays, stays of more than three nights, stays between 1 July and 25 September and during special events, flamenco festival, etc. where the cancellation/modification free of charge is up to 10 days before arrival.

Bookings for the Horse Fair and the Motorcycle World Championship can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival dates.

In case of late cancellation, no-show on the day of booking or early departure, the booking will be cancelled and 100% of the amount of the booking will be charged.

IMPORTANT: In case of modification of the number of persons without prior notice and outside the deadline for modification or free cancellation, the price will be updated by 50 € per person per night not included in the reservation. Failure to inform us of this will authorise us to cancel your booking without compensation.

4.- Accommodation standards. –

The general check-in time for our flats is from 14.00h on the day of arrival and the check-out time is before 11.00h. Failure to comply with the check-out timetable entails a penalty of 50€, to leave the flat at a different time it is essential to contact reception.

This timetable can be adapted to the needs of the client in case of availability. Communicating your arrival time will help us to organise the cleaning of the flat so that it is available as soon as possible.

5.- Restrictions. –

In compliance with Law 42/2010 of 30 December 2010, it is totally FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE on our premises, subject to a penalty of 200 euros.  SONHOUSES SL, reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you break this rule.

Parties and stag/hen parties are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed, except for guide or assistance dogs.

6.- Legal notes. –

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, you are hereby informed that the personal data you provide us with on this form will be collected and incorporated into a file owned by SONHOUSES S.L. and that your data have been obtained by the addressee himself or from sources accessible to the public.

That the purpose of this processing will be to manage and periodically send our electronic newsletter <<newsletter>>.

The interested party shall at all times enjoy the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data collected by means of communication to the address info@santamaria15.com. If you do not wish us to send you any further information, you may communicate this to us at the same address above, otherwise we understand that you expressly understand and consent to the processing of the same.
