APARTAMENTOS SANTA MARIA 15, is a two-key tourist apartment complex located in the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera.We offer 10 apartments to ensure our guests have the best possible experience when they visit us. We offer six one-bedroom apartments ( one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility ), three two-bedroom apartments, and a penthouse studio with a private terrace. Built in a century-old building, fully equipped with modern amenities, the renovation was completed in 2023. Our excellent location in the center of Jerez, surrounded by parking, allows our guests to walk to Jerez’s main attractions, leisure activities, and restaurants.
We have 6 apartments between 50 and 60 mm2 of total surface area spread over the three floors of the building, with one bedroom with a 150×200 bed or two 105×200 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
One of these flats is adapted for people with reduced mobility (ask for it on comments when you are booking).
We have 3 two-bedrooms apartments between 67 and 70 m2 of total surface area distributed between the first and the second floor of the building.
The main bedroom has a double bed of 150×200, two beds of 105×200 in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Studio located on the top floor of our building, with a surface area of 32m2, has a double bed of 150×200 and a sofa bed.
It also has a 40m2 terrace-solarium for private use.
A continental breakfast is provided for each guest during their stay in each apartment, consisting of sliced bread, croissants, olive oil, butter, jam, capsules (decaffeinated, black, and white coffee and cocoa), various herbal teas, juice and mineral water. Please let us know if you have any food intolerances.
There is a permanent reception desk from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m.
Outside of these hours, there is on-site assistance and 24-hour telephone support.
In addition to the apartment cleaning service provided upon arrival and departure, a free cleaning is performed every 5 days, including a change of towels and bed linens.
A basic cleaning of each apartment is performed every 2 days.
Towels and bed linens will be provided free of charge upon request.

We have a fantastic location in the center of Jerez with three public parking lots nearby, one of them just 100 meters away.
