We have 6 apartments between 50 and 60 mm2 of total surface area spread over the three floors of the building, with one bedroom with a 150×200 bed or two 105×200 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
One of these flats is adapted for people with reduced mobility (ask for it on comments when you are booking).
We have 3 two-bedrooms apartments between 67 and 70 m2 of total surface area distributed between the first and the second floor of the building.
The main bedroom has a double bed of 150×200, two beds of 105×200 in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Studio located on the top floor of our building, with a surface area of 32m2, has a double bed of 150×200 and a sofa bed.
It also has a 40m2 terrace-solarium for private use.
Available in all apartments for guests to prepare, including coffee, infusions, juice, water, bread, pastries, butter, jam, and olive oil. Please let us know if you have any food intolerances.
Reception hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, you can call 630 031555, available 24 hours a day.
We perform a free general cleaning of the apartment every 5 days, including a change of towels and bed linen. If you require a more in-depth cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen, please consult our price list.
A basic cleaning of the apartment will be performed every other day in the morning, unless otherwise specified by the guest.
We have a fantastic location in the center of Jerez with three public parking lots nearby, one of them just 100 meters away.

Laundry facilities in the common area include washing machines and dryers for your use free of charge. Cleaning products are also available.
